Weitere Stationen waren jeweils als Region Manager DACH der Software-Defined-Storage-Spezialist Nexenta und bei Stromasys, das Unternehmen durch die Emulation alter Serverbetriebssysteme bei der Virtualisierung hilft. In den deutschen IT-Channel kam van den Boogaart nach einem Studium an der Universität Groningen (NL) über Stationen im Vertrieb bei Open-E und Acronis
